We're so delighted with EVERYTHING! The whole project took a little over 3 weeks start to finish and the service was exceptional. Richard and his team did a fantastic job in constructing a bespoke design garden room for us. Richard was very patient in accommodating our requirements, particularly the cladding, but the wait was worth it and the result is excellent! In particular, Richard's young installation team were very helpful, accommodating and courteous - the best contractors we have ever had!

From the quote, design to fitting stage of my wooden framed gazebo Richard and the team at Miniature Manors were really helpful. I normally worry when I am having any work done on the house or garden, but I didn't worry at all as they were so professional checking and double checking everything. The bespoke build element ensured I could get exactly the space I needed to cover what i wanted to use it for and I can tell this is a great garden space that will last a long time. Miniature Manors built a multi-purpose garden room for us during lockdown. We are so pleased with the results. Impeccable attention to detail, the friendliest trustworthy team and an end result to be proud of. We had high expectations in wanting a family room/ office/ music studio with lots of storage and lovely big sliding doors. The plastered finish and full electrics along with decent insulation of sound and heat mean it's an all year round brilliant space for us and it has literally made this year completely different for us as a family. Super competitive on price and thoroughly obliging I'd highly recommend Richard and his skilled team.

Having spent time researching the options for a garden office, it was fantastic to find a local company who design from scratch and build a bespoke structure, at a very similar price to a lesser quality prefab. I love the interior finish too, with proper plastered walls and ceiling rather than panelling. The team could not have been any more polite and accomodating. Delighted.

Having spent many months searching for a soundproof garden room to accommodate our son’s drums and daughter’s saxophone playing we were relieved to find a company that could actually show us one they had built and we could hear how effective it was at reducing the sound. Richard and his team have been a pleasure to have around during the build – they were very professional, prompt, clean and tidy. Our resulting garden room is lovely to look at but more importantly for us and for our neighbours, very effective at blocking the music.
